¹The 15% Sprint Group Purchase Offer discount (“GPO discount”) is taken at the time of purchase and may not be used in conjunction with certain other promotions or rate plans. The 5% Business4Business (“B4B discount”) is applied to eligible purchases made through the American Express Business4Business website or by calling 877-637-5542. The 5% B4B discount may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or rate plans. To obtain the combined discount, both new and existing Sprint Wireless Corporate Liable customers must enter into at least a new 12-month agreement. Eligible Corporate Reimbursed Individual Liable must enter into at least a new 24-month Agreement. Overage, usage-based, third party applications and services, certain business plan add-ons, and other charges (including certain network specific products and services) are not eligible for Service Pricing Discounts. Service Pricing Discounts may apply to the MRC of certain promotional rate plans, which Sprint may offer on a limited time basis — at Sprint’s discretion. American Express Business4Business Customers with existing wireless agreements with Sprint are not eligible to receive the discount until their existing wireless agreements expire or they activate 10 immediate, incremental new Sprint lines at the company level. In addition to the 20% Service Pricing Discount, Clients’ active wireless units will receive flat rate device pricing and a 20% accessory discount. Individual Corporate Cardmembers active wireless units will receive best-market pricing available at Sprint on devices and accessories. Eligibility for the GPO and B4B discounts are limited to wireless accounts that sign an enrollment agreement at the company level with Sprint. Program discounts are only applied against eligible monthly access charges. Some business plans are not available to individual employee accounts.
